How to publish AI-written articles to WordPress in one click
This guide covers the three ways to connect WordPress, what happens to images, and how to publish as a draft, immediately, or on a schedule.
1. Pick a connection method
In Settings → Blog connections choose WordPress. One-click authorisation works on WordPress 5.6+ when you are logged into your site. If your host strips authentication headers, install the Deskine Connector plugin and pair it with the code shown. You can also create an Application Password manually under Users → Profile.
2. Test the connection
Deskine.com verifies credentials the moment you connect and shows a status badge on the connection card. Use “Test” any time to re-check after changing hosting or passwords.
3. Write and review the post
Generate an outline from one of your style profiles, approve it, then edit the full draft. Open the SEO panel to fix the score and add internal links from your existing posts.
4. Choose how to publish
Click Publish and pick the WordPress site. Send it as a draft to review in WordPress, publish it live now, or schedule it — scheduled posts are created as native WordPress future posts.
5. Check images and the featured image
Images in the article are uploaded to your WordPress media library during publishing, and the first image is set as the featured image. If a transfer fails the post still publishes with the original image URLs.
